A part of you wonders what is wrong with you. This book is here to answer that question in a completely different way. It shows you how survival mode has been shaping your thoughts, nervous system, your energy, and your choices, and why your patterns make sense in light of what you have experienced.

As you read, you are not asked to be more disciplined or more positive. You are invited to build a different relationship with your body, your nervous system, and your story.

You learn how to recognize your survival patterns without shame, how to bring safety back into your system, how to restore energy to your cells so that consistent, aligned, and sustainable action becomes possible.

The intention is not to turn you into a new person. The intention is to help you step out of survival mode and begin creating a life that feels steady, spacious, and aligned with who you really are.

You’ve tried everything, the planners, the diets, the self-help books, the late-night promises to “do better” tomorrow. You’ve pushed harder, hustled longer, and still found yourself stuck in the same exhausting cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, self-sabotage, and avoiding behaviors just to get through the day. It’s not because you’re lazy or weak. It’s because your nervous system learned to survive in ways that no longer serve you. You are not the problem. You are the possibility.

Why I Do This Work

I know what it’s like to feel stuck. I used to wake up every day determined to “get it together,” only to end the night wondering what was wrong with me. For years, I lived in a constant state of pushing and performing, trying to outwork my anxiety, outplan my chaos, and outrun the feeling that I was failing at life. On the outside, I might have looked like I had it all together, but I definitely did not. Inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a life I didn’t want.

One of my deepest struggles was my relationship with food. For more than three decades, I used food to cope with the terror and pain of my childhood; to numb emotions I didn’t have the tools to feel, and to quiet the constant sense that I wasn’t enough. In my youngest years, I ate constantly to escape, starved myself through adolescence to feel in control, and binged my way through young adulthood trying to soothe what felt unbearable. I spent my years searching for the “perfect” plan to fix what I thought was broken in me.

It wasn’t until I began to heal that I learned the truth: what I was really seeking was safety, compassion, and connection, and none of that was ever going to come in a package, a plan, or a diet. What I didn’t understand then is what I know for certain now: nothing was wrong with me. My nervous system had adapted to the stress and experiences of my life, and those adaptations were running the show. They weren’t flaws. They were protection. They were my survival.

Change became possible when I stopped trying to fix myself and started learning how to work with myself. By creating safety in my nervous system, honoring my capacity, and restoring my energy, I finally found something I didn’t think was possible: clarity, calm, and a sense of being at home in my own skin… a loving home, where I always feel supported welcomed and honored.

This is what I want for you. I want you to know that you are not the problem and to experience what it’s like to move through life with grace, compassion, and trust in yourself. You don’t need another plan, another pep talk, or another Monday restart. You need to understand what’s been keeping you stuck and a clear, compassionate path out.

A Unique Path to Healing

I didn’t take the traditional path to my healing. There wasn’t a single program or degree that could teach me everything I needed to know to find my way back to myself, so I built my own blueprint. I studied, researched, and learned from the top frameworks in trauma recovery, somatic healing, nervous system science, and behavioral change. The result? An integrative approach that brings all the pieces of deep restoration, liberation and empowerment together under one roof.

My work is sourced from the science of the nervous system, the wisdom of somatic practices, the depth of parts and internal systems work, and the practical tools of behavioral change and biology. It’s this unique combination that allows me to help people move beyond surface strategies and into deep, lasting transformation.

The Freedom Formula is not a quick fix, and it’s not theoretical information. It is a deep dive into your own inner revolution towards understanding your system, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and building the safety, capacity, and energy you need to live fully, freely, and as your true self.

  • Phase Two: Shed the beliefs and patterns that keep you hiding, pleasing, or proving, and live authentically as the person you were always meant to be.
  • Phase Three: Step fully into your power and create the life, relationships, and success you’ve been craving.
