No one ever feels perfectly ready for deep change. What matters is willingness, honesty, and the capacity to engage.

Private Immersion is a six-month, individualized container. Within these six months, we meet for eighteen private sessions scheduled at your convenience. This work is completely individualized as we move you from your Adapted Self to your Expansive Self by building solid inner resourcing and clarity before moving on.

If you are looking for a short-term boost or surface-level accountability, this is not that.
