The goal of Unstuck & Unstoppable is to help you shift from your Adapted Self to your Expansive Self, so if you’re ready for it, let’s dive in.

This application is not a test of worthiness, and there are certainly no “right” answers.

The purpose of this application is simple:

1. This group is limited to 30 participants at a time so that everyone receives an intimate, focused experience.
    
2. I want to make sure this is the best place for you right now.
    

There is a place for everyone within the You’re Not the Problem universe. For some, that place is the weekly Community. For others, it is private 1:1 work. For many, it is this six-month container.

My job is to help you find the right place so you’ll be successful. I don’t win unless you win.

To be fully transparent, Unstuck & Unstoppable offers change, and that comes with a commitment from you. We meet weekly for 24 weeks (of course, you will miss a meeting here and there). The work requires engagement between sessions (roughly 2-3 hours most weeks). It asks for honesty, emotional responsibility, and the willingness to examine long-standing patterns without collapsing into shame or defensiveness.
