A live three-hour workshop to help you understand why you learned to question your worth, begin seeing yourself differently, and start living as someone who knows she matters.
The workshop will be recorded, and you’ll receive an integration workbook a few days before we meet.
You probably don’t wake up in the morning thinking, I need to prove my worth today. Yet so much of what we do is organized around becoming a version of ourselves we can finally feel good about.
We work hard to be good enough at our jobs, good enough in our relationships, good enough at taking care of everyone, good enough at managing ourselves. We want to be interesting, attractive, capable, kind, productive, strong.
Day after day, we discover that we still haven’t become Wonder Woman and assume the answer is to work a little harder.
We are waiting to become someone we can be proud of. We think peace will come when we finally fix enough things about ourselves. Then we can feel good about who we are, trust ourselves, claim more of what we want, and stop wondering whether we are too much or not enough.
We are trying to solve the feeling of being unworthy by improving the person we believe is unworthy.
There is no way to win because there will always be something we could do better, something we haven’t figured out yet, or someone who seems to be doing life better than we are.
The finish line keeps moving because worthiness isn’t waiting for us at the finish line.

You don’t have to perfect yourself before you give yourself permission to want more, pursue more, and fully live the life that matters to you.
Knowing your worth does not mean giving up your goals, lowering your standards, or deciding you should be satisfied with everything exactly as it is. The opposite happens.
When you stop using growth as a way to prove your value, you become much clearer about what you sincerely want. You make changes because something matters to you, not because you believe it will finally make you good enough. You can pursue a bigger life because you want the experience of living it, not because you need the accomplishment of it.
You still grow, stretch, create, and change. You just stop wasting so much energy trying to improve yourself into worthiness. That leaves more of you available to build the life you authentically want.
When you know your worth, you begin to care about what you want. You trust yourself more. You become less willing to override what you know. You use more of your gifts. You stop waiting for some improved version of you to arrive before you have permission to live.
It changes what you tolerate, what you pursue, how seriously you take your own desires, and whether you trust yourself to own your yes, no, more, or enough.
A woman who knows her worth does not need to spend her life earning permission to live it.
When you stop trying to become worthy, you become free to build the life you genuinely want.
Think about how different that could be.
How much of yourself have you held back because you weren’t sure you were entitled to want what you wanted? How many gifts have you treated as ordinary because they came easily to you? How much joy have you postponed until you were doing better?
When you question your worth, you become smaller than you are. You forget your strength, wisdom, beauty, and grace.
Let’s remember together.
WORTHY is three hours devoted to understanding where you learned to question your worth and beginning to separate your value from all the things you have used to determine it.
We will use reflection, conversation, and somatic practice to help you see more clearly who you already are andallow that understanding to become something you can feel and live, rather than another idea you agree with intellectually.
Knowing your worth is not arrogance, and it’s not believing you are better than anyone else. It is getting to be the woman you are, in the life you have, without believing there is something you need to fix before you are entitled to respect yourself, trust yourself, listen to yourself, and decide that your life matters.
It is being able to say:
“I am not waiting anymore because I am enough today.”
I am here now, with things I am still learning, things I want to change, and parts of myself I am still getting to know, and none of that makes me less worthy.
Your worth was never something you needed to achieve. It was always yours.
What might be possible for your life if you knew that?
