Individualized, dedicated support for women ready to live the life that has been calling them
There comes a point for all of us when we know something must change.
I know that place too. Twenty years ago, I had grown tired of my patterns, of reacting to life, of continually negotiating with myself, knowing better and not living better. I tried every way I could to find a change, but each attempt left me feeling more hopeless and confused.
I was a thirty-five-year-old Harvard Law School graduate with the marriage, the big house, and the beautiful children. I was also a thirty-five-year-old co-dependent, emotional eater, who didn’t know who I was authentically and was living a life that did not feel like my own. I felt like I was wearing an itchy sweater of inauthenticity, and I didn’t know how to take it off.
What I discovered is that I had built a life based on adaptations. My Adapted Self was the version I felt I needed to be, but it wasn’t the version I wanted to be. Coming home to my truth, strength, authenticity, and Expansive Self was no easy task. I took many wrong turns and ran into a lot of dead ends. Through the process, I created the Freedom Formula. It’s the roadmap that leads from the Adapted Self to the Expansive Self, and I want to share it with you now.
The Freedom Formula Private Immersion exists for the woman who is ready to find out who she is, to shed adapted patterns, and to claim herself fully.
This is why private work matters.
Resistance is the number one killer of change, and the tricky part is that it’s hard to see for yourself. Even now, with years of training and practice, my own coach will ask me a question, and I will draw a complete blank. There will be nothing there. That is when I know we have reached the edge of my programming. It’s times like that I am infinitely grateful I have an extra set of eyes to help me see there is another way. Our programming is deceptive, and seeing it for ourselves is one of the most formidable challenges of creating change.
If a computer is programmed for math and you ask it to write a Shakespearean sonnet, it doesn’t refuse. It literally cannot compute. There is no code available for that request. Our personal survival adaptations work the same way.
That’s why you can recognize that something is off and want things to be different, but if your thought patterns and nervous system have only known one way to respond under pressure, there is no internal program available for a different choice. You can understand the pattern intellectually, but nothing changes unless something changes.
Our work together is not about giving you more information. It is about expanding what is available to you internally so you can use what you already know. We work at the level of nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and identity structures so that new responses become possible.
Over six months, we meet privately for eighteen sessions that fit into your schedule. You receive the full Unstuck and Unstoppable online curriculum, including the eleven modules and weekly integration work, which we will use as the spine of our work together.
The curriculum gives us a clear roadmap: safety in the body, expanded capacity, restored energy.
Our private sessions ensure that the roadmap is applied directly to your nervous system, your history, your patterns, and your real decisions.
We look directly at the patterns you cannot see clearly because you are inside them. We get to know your adaptations and slow down your reactions. We question what feels like truth but is actually survival conditioning.
The curriculum focuses on three foundational and critical aspects of change: Safety within your nervous system, capacity to hold change, and energy at the cellular level, so you can follow through in your actions. These foundational elements give you what is needed for integrity with yourself.
Phase 1: Safety in the Body
Phase 2: Expanded Capacity
Phase 3: Restored Energy and Aligned Action
– 18 private sessions
– The full Unstuck and Unstoppable curriculum
– Eleven modules with weekly integration work
– Voice note and/or email support between sessions
– Applied support in your real-time decisions
I know that what you need is not a reset, a boot camp, or a boost of motivation, as tempting as all of those may seem. The private immersion is six months of deliberate, one-on-one work designed to rebuild the internal foundation that determines how you experience your entire life.
This is the most intimate and comprehensive way to work with me.
I am not talking about abstract “growth” or “transformation.” We will be working with the places where you override yourself, the ways you brace, the moments you abandon your own limits, and call it responsibility. We use your real, daily life experiences to apply what you’re learning, and we will not accept anything less than full authenticity and alignment.
When resistance appears, we pause to understand it rather than bulldozing it with unsustainable willpower. When clarity comes, we move before self-doubt has time to dismantle it.
Because this is individualized, the depth is different. Our work together is a steady partnership, not occasional insight. There is no filtering your life through group discussion. There is no speaking in hypotheticals. The focus is entirely on you. This is a highly personalized, hands-on experience.
You are also not waiting weeks to process something important. When resistance shows up in real time, we work with it in real time. The work moves with your life, not separate from it.
Maria believed the only way to find peace and get out of survival mode was to quit her job.
From the outside, she was a successful executive. Inside, she felt like she was being chased all day long. She wasn’t sleeping, and her mind never shut off. She had a long list of coping mechanisms that helped her escape the life she didn’t enjoy. She felt guilty for wanting more, but when she finally became honest with herself, she could see that she was sick, she was tired, and most of all, she was done.
As she learned to understand and regulate her nervous system, she stopped reacting to pressure as if everything were an emergency. She stopped feeling like she was on the edge of a nervous breakdown and that she was failing. She learned how to align her thoughts and actions to her authentic values. Her job did not change much, but she did. She no longer uses her job as her source of worthiness. She no longer ignores her needs and her desires. Because she has built a life rooted in internal steadiness, her coping mechanisms are no longer needed. She’s healthier, happier, and more in control of her life than she ever thought possible.
Here’s what she said:
I didn’t realize how much survival mode was running my life until I stepped out of it.
At work and at home, I was constantly in motion. Managing, fixing, anticipating, putting out fires. I was exhausted, but I couldn’t slow down long enough to even consider a different way of living.
When I started this work, the first shift wasn’t external. It was internal. I wasn’t as reactive. I wasn’t as panicked. I could actually pause.
From there, everything changed. I could see clearly what I wanted. I could make decisions without feeling like the world would collapse. I stopped running the rat race inside my own head.
My life isn’t perfect, but I feel like it belongs to me.
Here’s how Rachel describes her work with the Freedom Formula:
I didn’t come to Lori because my life was falling apart. I came because something felt off, and I couldn’t explain it.
I wasn’t fulfilled. I was emotionally eating, drinking wine most nights, wasting time I didn’t even enjoy, and frustrated that my health wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I didn’t want to be intimate anymore either, and my relationship was failing. Through all of that, I still kept telling myself I should be grateful. On paper, my life was good. That made it harder to admit I wanted more.
Within a couple of months, I understood what was underneath it. My habits and challenges weren’t a lack of discipline. They were adaptations. I had built my life around pressure and didn’t even realize it.
Once I could see that clearly, I stopped trying to fix myself with more willpower. I started to gain clarity about why my life circumstances were painful. I had built a life based on adaptations rather than my truth.
By working with my nervous system, I was seeing my patterns and making the decision to think, feel, and act in alignment with what I wanted instead of what I had built. My life is tremendously different now. I’m sleeping, I have clarity about what I want for myself, and I have integrity with myself for the first time. The constant internal arguments have stopped, and I have become my own source of love, support, and guidance. I’m actually living.
This is what happens when your internal structure shifts.
Women who complete this work do not describe a temporary high. They describe an internal shift. They respond differently in situations that once triggered them. They make decisions without weeks of rumination. They stop organizing their lives around managing anxiety and start organizing them around what matters.
Women who engage with this work do not become someone new; they stop abandoning who they are.
If you are done trying to figure this out alone, this is your path.
Private Immersion is for the woman who knows that the life she wants will not be built by pushing harder inside the same internal structure. It requires honesty, consistency, and a willingness to let go of identities that once felt necessary.
If you are looking for someone to tell you what to do, this is not it.
If you are looking to dismantle the patterns that keep you overriding yourself, this is it.
This is not for the woman looking for a quick surge of motivation or a temporary reset. It is for the woman who is willing to look directly at what she has built and take responsibility for rebuilding it from the inside out.
If you are ready to stop bracing and start living as the woman you already know you are, we can begin.
Private Immersion is application only. I take a limited number of women at a time to ensure the depth and attention this process requires.
