Unstuck & Unstoppable

Six Months of Structured, Strategic Change for Women Ready to Rebuild from the Inside Out

There comes a point when awareness is no longer enough. You can see your patterns and you understand how they formed. What you want now is not more insight. You want to feel different in your body. You want to make decisions from clarity rather than urgency. You want to follow through without fighting yourself. You want to create a life of authenticity and purpose where you are living as the version of you that has been dying to “come out and play.”

Unstuck and Unstoppable is a six-month women’s experience designed for that level of change. We move through the full Unstuck and Unstoppable curriculum together, including eleven online modules and weekly integration work, and we apply it directly to your daily life. The structure and design are crucial because lasting change requires repetition, reflection, and time to rebuild the internal foundation that will carry you forward.

The group is strictly capped to only thirty women at a time. This intimate group meets live every Monday from 6:00–7:30 PM MST via Zoom. There are twenty-four weekly meetings over six months, and recordings are sent afterward for those who cannot attend. You may submit questions by email in advance if you can’t make a call. I answer as many of the email questions as I can during each meeting.

Outside of class, you can expect to spend two to three hours per week watching the lessons and completing integration work. The online course remains available to you, and our private Facebook space provides ongoing connection between meetings.

This is not a course you rush through. It is a guided progression, which means you have time to let things percolate and stick. Ninety-day quick fixes and bootcamps have never helped you build sustainable change. What we do together can build a strong internal foundation that allows you to experience consistent and sustainable follow-through.

Why Six Months Matters

Nervous systems do not reorganize merely by understanding them. They reorganize when they are given repeated experiences of safety, clarity, and successful follow-through. Likewise, capacity does not expand because you decide to try harder. It expands when your life is recalibrated to match what your system can realistically hold. Energy restoration needs more than a good night’s sleep. It stabilizes when your body is supported in the most important ways over time.

Six months gives us space to build these foundations

The Three Sections of the Work

First, we examine your adaptations and the nervous system patterns that sustain them. You will learn how your system learned to survive and how to build flexibility so you no longer feel you must brace or shut down in response to life’s ups and downs.

Through a growing toolbelt of practices and daily anchors, your body can feel safer, and when safety increases, you build inner clarity and trust. As one participant shared, “I didn’t even want the chocolate. I wasn’t trying to control myself. I just didn’t need it.” Another said, “I didn’t get stressed when work blew up. Emergency situations used to send me into shutdown, but this week I just jumped in and handled things confidently.”

Second, we build capacity. Without capacity, attempted change collapses under pressure. That’s why you’ve tried so many times in the past and felt like you got nowhere. In our second unit of Unstuck and Unstoppable, you will learn why willpower has never been the answer and how to live in a way that matches your energetic and emotional bandwidth.

Through a repeatable and simple practice of “Capacity Accounting,” you’ll learn how to make life fit your capacity rather than overriding yourself to meet expectations. This is where resentment begins to fade, and follow-through becomes consistent. One woman described it this way: “I’m finally following through on my promises. Not because I’m forcing myself, but because I’ve got the internal resources to take them on.”

Third, we restore energy at the cellular level. A body that has lived in chronic stress does not produce energy efficiently. To build the body that will hold your new life, we have to give it what it needs to function optimally. We address sleep, hydration, nutrition, supplementation, movement, detoxification, and the ladder-building methodology that allows change to happen in sustainable steps.

When energy is restored, the work becomes easier. Women report having steady energy for the first time in years and noticing that they are doing things because they want to, not because they need to be acceptable. One woman shared, “I thought my energy was so low because I was getting older. I was shocked to find out that it was years of stress and overwhelm. At 65, I have more energy than I did at 40.” We are redefining what it means to get older and what it doesn’t have to mean!

What Changes Over Time

Across these six months, the shift from the Adapted Self to the Expansive Self becomes tangible. At first, you notice stabilization as you feel less reactive and less overwhelmed. Then clarity begins to emerge, and your decisions feel less frantic. Boundaries feel less

explosive and more skillful. By the later months, you may notice yourself feeling rooted rather than hanging on for dear life.

Coping behaviors lose their grip because your system no longer feels under constant threat. Relationships strengthen (or fall away) as you learn to care for yourself rather than asking others to provide what you have not been giving yourself. One woman told me, “I feel truly supported by myself. I know someone is always in my corner and there to help me, and it’s me.” Another said simply, “I finally understand I’m not the problem.”

This experience requires commitment, honesty, and willingness to examine your life with curiosity. It is not designed for someone looking for a quick reset or inspiration without implementation. It is for women who are ready to step into their Expansive Self.

Enrollment is capped at thirty women and is open enrollment. The investment is $2,997, when paid in full or three payments of $1,027. There are no refunds, though deferment may be available under certain circumstances.

Enrollment begins with an easy application process.

If you are ready to move from adaptation into expansion with structure, support, and six months of focused work, this is the next step.
